Well, I just got in from the Isle of Man, saw your message, and rushed down to the Hillside Dispatch Bunker to see if your order might not yet have been launched out into the state-of-the-art Hillside-Royal Mail transferral mechanism; but I fear it had. What you quite reasonably request is probably not a sufficiently recurring need (but with Christmas coming up, who knows?) for what would be a bit of a major tweak, but if at the same time as you place an order through the online shop you also send an e-mail to hillsidemusic@blueyonder.co.uk giving your dispatch instructions, it will be immediately flagged on one of the Dispatch Dept's bank of screens and acted upon with the same customer care as expended on every order.
