Stuart Maconie has just tweeted "Listening to Pete Atkin and @CliveJames5 choosing songs for featured album on coming Freak Zone. So lovely, wistful, sad and clever". It'll be BOTBS, apparently.

Unfortunately by the time I found this, the Stuart Maconie programme's no longer available.  Does anyone know anywhere I could still here it though?  Thanks very much.

Hi Jimmy

Two-hour radio programme with BotBS as Stuart's featured album, interspersed with tracks by many other artists. No interview with Pete or Clive, no session performance, but Stuart was most enthusiastic about the songs. Just a little background between tracks -- no deep research, nothing new. But exposure, which is always welcome, and a heartfelt plea for a new CD release. He played -

Girl On The Train
The Rider To The World's End
Tonight Your Love Is Over
Beware Of The Beautiful Stranger
Touch Has A Memory
You Can't Expect To Be Remembered

- and I didn't feel it worth posting the show to the Website, as these very recordings can already be heard there.

But... don't miss the "Pete & Clive" programme coming up on Radio 4, Monday at 16:00. And a reminder here for anyone in reach of London: Pete appears at the Walthamstow Folk Club in a week's time, on Sunday November 15th.
