No interview with Pete or Clive, no session performance, but Stuart was most enthusiastic about the songs. Just a little background between tracks -- no deep research, nothing new. But exposure, which is always welcome, and a heartfelt plea for a new CD release. He played - Girl On The Train The Rider To The World's End Tonight Your Love Is Over Beware Of The Beautiful Stranger Touch Has A Memory You Can't Expect To Be Remembered - and I didn't feel it worth posting the show to the Website, as these very recordings can already be heard there. But... don't miss the "Pete & Clive" (http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b06nnnlc) programme coming up on Radio 4, Monday at 16:00. And a reminder here for anyone in reach of London: Pete appears at the Walthamstow Folk Club (http://www.walthamstowfolk.co.uk/guest/15-11-2015) in a week's time, on Sunday November 15th. Steve |
