Here's the camera script for BBC-2's broadcast of the 1968 Footlights Revue, recorded at the Robin Hood Theatre in the village of Averham, Nottinghamshire on 15th August, 1968 for transmission on 3rd September that year. Premiered as "Turns of the Century" at the Arts Theatre, Cambridge in May Week that year, the show evolved on its journey to the Edinburgh Fringe, via a week at this fine rural theatre, a Footlights tradition. This is the Averham version, "Turn It On" -
