PoD ticket update - Important News

Hi, it's your friendly Ticket Czar again!
Time is getting close, so please please please if you are still intending to come to PoD, do send me your booking form, cheque and SAE as quickly as possible. We still have available places but it's getting difficult to know how many. I can see from recent postings that some of you who are already anticipating PoD haven't actually submitted your booking forms. So:
1. If you think you've already paid in full but haven't had your tickets yet, email me and I'll tell you if I've received your booking form. The second batch of tickets are in production right now but there have been technical hitches so they probably won't be sent out until next week.
2. If you can't remember whether or not you've sent me your booking form, likewise email me.
3. If you just haven't got around to sending in your form, then do so and email me to let me know it's on the way.
4. If you have previously paid a deposit but are no longer coming, then email me to that effect.
5. If you've only just decided to come, then email me for a booking form.
I will email a reminder this weekend to all people who have paid a deposit but have still not paid their balance.

I'll give an update next week on total ticket sales.

Leslie, if we're in this category (I am!) do you want us to email you now or wait until you've sent out the second batch of tickets next week? I'd have thought the latter would be better for you!

Paul and others - I'll send out an email over the weekend to everyone who I have received paid applications for and am awaiting tickets from the Printing Czar. If you don't get an email from me by Sunday evening, and think you've sent money to me, email me Monday and I'll double-check. All cheques apart from those that have come in in the last few days will have cleared by now so if you have the opportunity to check your bank statement then this would be useful as well.
