Clive James has two new poems in the June edition of Standpoint. One is an elegy for Peter Porter, called Silent Sky, which - if my eyes don't deceive me - is mistakenly illustrated with a photograph of Australian novelist David Malouf, and captioned: "Peter Porter, June 2008". (Someone at Standpoint should receive a rocket.) The other poem is a love poem, addressed to Prue Shaw.
I haven't included the web address, in the hope that people may actually buy the magazine.
