Title: First Folio on eBay
Post by Pete Atkin on Today at 12:37
One of these rarities is currently on eBay, ending on Sunday evening (16th).   It's listed by the album titles (Road of Silk and Secret Drinker), so don't miss it.   From the pic, it doesn't look to be in pristine nick, but they are pretty jolly rare.  (No, it's not me that selling it.)

£15!! Or £20 if you buy it now!! Can someone remind me of the original price? I bought it as soon as it appeared even though it meant driving from Bristoil to London, walking all the way from the Edgware Road to Shaftesbury Avenue and back on the offchance of finding it (which I did) and then spending the rest of the weekend bursting with impatience to drive back to Bristol to start to play the songs. I suppose I could have had it sent by post but the act of going all the way to London seemed significant at the time. Unfortunately, I left it with a friend when I moved to Paris and it's never been seen since. Sigh.

Too late!  It's been sold!  To an MV, I wonder?

The overwhelming question is of course how anyone could want to sell a copy of First Folio in the first place? Poverty? Was the seller a Voice, Keith? Maybe we should have a whipround?

It was a non-Voice, I believe, Ian, who deals in music albums (and football programmes) . He would appear to be in Lowestoft.
